Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your carrier falls into this group, we will contact you to request an alternative physical address to ensure your components are delivered securely.5. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. HT Mechatronics is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
