We ship to destinations available at checkout. Enter your delivery address to see availability and charges before paying.

Estimated delivery

Project kits: 2–3 weeks from order date.
Individual components: 1–2 weeks from order date.

Timing may vary by destination and preparation time. Estimates are not guaranteed. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide delay or cancellation/refund options as required by applicable law.

Import duties and taxes

Orders to the United States and European Union, including project kits and individual components, are shipped with import duties and import taxes covered. No surprise customs bills when your package arrives.

Tracking and delivery help

Once tracking is added to your order, use the link in your shipping email to see available updates. For delayed, missing or damaged deliveries, email contact@ht-mechatronics.com with your order number. For damage, include photos of the item and packaging if available.
